Delicious Tokushima-style Ramen You Can Make At Home

  1. Get a can of Weipa from the store.
  2. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pan, and add the ingredients to make the soup base.

  4. In the meantime, heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Set aside the bean sprouts and wipe out the frying pan.

  8. When the meat changes color, add the ingredients in the order listed.
  9. Cook the noodles.
