Quick Tortellini with Artichokes
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked, drained
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
- 1/2 of a medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
- Combine all ingredients except pesto sauce in large bowl.
- Stir pesto sauce.
- Add to pasta mixture; toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
