Bacon Yogurt Quiche Recipe

  1. In a skillet saute/fry finely minced onion in butter till soft; remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine Large eggs, yogurt, half-and-half, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and the cooked onion; stir.
  3. Crumble the cooked bacon and sprinkle in the 9-inch unbaked pie shell along with grated Swiss cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mix on top.
  5. Bake at 250 degrees for 35 to 40 min, or possibly till the top browns lightly and the center is set.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
