Six Week Bran Muffins Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce.) box Raisin Bran cereal
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. plain flour
- 5 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. raisins or possibly minced dates
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add in wet ingredients and mix well.
- Cover tightly and chill.
- (Keeps up to 6 weeks.)
- Bake as needed in greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
