Asian Cucumber Salad Recipe

  1. Place cucumbers in medium bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Toss.
  4. Refrigerate1 hour.
  5. Drain cucumbers and return to bowl.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl.
  7. Pour over cucumbers and toss to coat.
  8. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  9. Chill.)
  10. Serves 2 to 4.
