Microwave Mushroom Saute Recipe

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. lime juice
• 2 tbsp. dry sherry
• 1 tbsp. fine herbs (crushed)
• 1/4 tbsp. garlic salt
• 1 pound (5 1/2 c.) fresh mushrooms, halved

1. In 2 qt casserole, combine all ingredients, except mushrooms.
2. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute, stirring once.
3. Stir in mushrooms.
4. Cover cooked 6 to 8 min or possibly till tender.
5. Stir twice.
