Broccoli Casserole With Cheez Whiz Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 teaspoon chopped onion
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 1- 10 oz package frozen broccoli pieces
• 1 1/2 c instant rice
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1- 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
• French fried onions.

1. Bring butter, onion and water to boil.
2. Add in broccoli and cook 3 min.
3. Add in instant rice.
4. Stir; remove from heat and let stand 5 min.
5. Stir in cream of celery soup and Cheez Whiz.
6. Put in casserole and top with french fried onions.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min or until brown on top.
