Autumn Pumpkin Seed Bread (ABM)
- 12 cup water
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 13 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 12 cups bread flour
- 12 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 34 teaspoon ground allspice
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 12 teaspoons instant yeast
- Place everything in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
