Stephanie's Potato Salad Recipe

• 1 small jar hellmann's mayonnaise
• 5-6 large Large eggs
• 1 small bag white potatoes
• 1/2 a green apple
• 1/2 jar spanish olives

1. Peel potatoes, boil till soft.
2. Hard-boil Large eggs, chop cooked Large eggs in 3-4 pcs.
3. Chop each olive in 4 pcs.
4. Peel apple, mince in tiny pcs.
5. Place potatoes in large bowl, mash well.
6. Add in mayonnaise to your liking.
7. Add in Large eggs, olives, and the apple bits.
8. If you like, add in more mayonnaise to your liking.
