Mussels

  1. Place mussels on a large piece of tin foil.
  2. Sprinkle garlic, tomato, onions, cilantro.
  3. Add a dash of wine, butter and some pepper.
  4. Wrap up the edges to keep in the juices and place on the grill.
  5. Cook until mussels open.
  6. Serve immediately.
