Baked Salmon

  1. mix soy sauce through vinegar in baking dish.
  2. squeeze in the juice of one lemon.
  3. add salmon filets.
  4. bake uncovered for 20-25 minute at 375 degrees.
  5. turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
