Southwest Chili

  1. Cook ground turkey and pour into crock pot with juice.
  2. BBQ (roasting adds flavor & spiciness)
  3. Cut into medium chunks:
  4. Dump all ingredients into crockpot in any order.
  5. If canned, include juices.
  6. Cook on high for 5 hours or until bell peppers are no longer crispy.
  7. NOTE: Chili may appear too thick at first and will thin as it cooks.
  8. Add V8 juice if you like your Chili runny.
  9. Easy recipe to alter if you're missing an ingredient.
