Mom's Swiss Steak-Crock Pot

  1. Season flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge meat in flour.
  3. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
  4. Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 3 to 5 hours.
