Mom's Swiss Steak-Crock Pot
- 1 1/2 pound beef, round steak chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 x salt
- 1 x black pepper
- 1 each onions sliced
- 1 each carrots chopped
- 1 each celery stalk, chopped
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Dredge meat in flour.
- Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
- Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 3 to 5 hours.
