Angie's Nutrition Bites Reboot
- 2 cups oatmeal (porridge oats)
- 1 cup flour, all purpose
- 12 cup powdered milk, skimmed
- 1 14 cups peanut butter
- 12 cup butter (optional)
- 12 cup applesauce
- 14 cup banana, mashed (or the equivalent of one normal-sized banana)
- 13 cup blackstrap molasses
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Stir in wet ingredients.
- Mixture should be quite stiff (if too liquidy, add flour).
- Spoon out a tbsp sized dollop, and roll into a ball.
- Bake for 11 minutes, or until golden brown.
