Not Your Everyday Tuna Wrap
- 2 whole Tortillas, Preferably Whole-wheat
- 1 can Tuna Packed In Water, Drained, 5 Ounce Can
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Diced
- 18 cups Goat Cheese, Crumbled (up To 1/4 Cup)
- 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- 1 dash Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 dash Olive Oil
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave by placing them between two damp paper towels and heating for 30 seconds or until warmed to your liking.
- 2.
- Mix together all of the other ingredients in a bowl.
- 3.
- Split mixture between the two tortillas, running the tuna mixture down the center of each.
- 4.
- Roll them up, and serve.
