Beef and Bean Wraps

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  2. Increase heat to medium high, add mince and cook for 4-5 minutes, until browned.
  3. Add the beans, stock, tomato paste, paprika and pepper.
  4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until thickened.
  5. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and dressing.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Spread cheese spread down the centre of each piece of bread.
  8. Top with meat and tomato mixtures.
  9. Fold up the top and bottom of the bread, and then fold in from either side to enclose the filling.
  10. Cut in half to serve.
