• 8 ounce Chipped beef, minced
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 tsp Crushed garlic
• 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
• 1 sm Onion, minced
• 2 dsh Tabasco Sauce
• 1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
