Seared Tilapia & Shrimp
- 1 tilapia
- 1 shrimp
- 1 brown rice
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 broccoli, chopped
- 1 olive oil
- 1 honey
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 balsamic vinegar
- 1 salt & pepper
- 1 garlic cloves or powder
- 1 basil
- 1 parmesan cheese
- Combine the ingredients for marinade & let tilapia and shrimp marinate for 15-30 min, depending on quantity your cooking.
- Boil/cook rice
- Add oil to pan and cook garlic for 15 seconds or so.
- Add chopped tomato, broccoli, onion, & shrimp and your seasonings.
- In separate pan, heat oil and cook tilapia.
- (I like mine blackened)
- When done place over rice and vuala!
