Lively Lemon Fish Fillet Roll Ups Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
  2. Heat butter, add in lemon juice, bouillon, till dissolved.
  3. In medium bowl combine rice, broccoli, cheese and 1/4 c. of the lemon-butter sauce.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Divide this mix equally among fillets and roll up.
  6. Place seam side down in shallow baking pan.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups and bake 25 min or possibly till fish flakes.
  8. Spoon sauce over each serving and sprinkle with paprika.
