Bulgur Pilaf

  1. In 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine chicken broth and enough water to equal 2 cups.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, heat broth mixture, thyme, and nutmeg to boiling over high heat.
  3. Add bulgur, reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Garnish each serving with a thyme sprig.
