Maple-Mustard Chicken
- 1/2 cups Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 pound Chicken Thighs, Skin Removed
- In a gallon ziplock bag, combine mustard, syrup, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
- Add in chicken and seal the bag.
- Massage the mixture into the chicken and marinate overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
