Chocolate Chip Cookie Delite Recipe chefjlv
- 1 tube of (16-1/2 oz) refrigerated cookie chip dough
- 1 pkg (8 oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 (12 oz) Cool Whip thawed
- 3 cups COLD milk
- 1 (3.9 oz pkg) chocolate INSTANT pudding
- 1 (3.4 oz pkg) vanilla INSTANT pudding
- chopped nut, mini chocolate chips, chocolate curls or whatever
- Let cookie dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften.
- Then press down into an ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack BE IT IS
- In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & confectioners sugar until smooth, Fold in 1-3/4 cups Cool Whip and spread over Crust
- In large mixing bowl, whisk milk with both puddings together for 2 minutes for until soft set.
- Spread over cream cheese layer
- Top with balance of Cool Whip
- Sprinkle with nuts, chips or your liking for top
- Be creative, change the refrigerated dough and then change pudding to go with dough
- Cover and refrigerate over night
