Mediterranean Beef Stew

  1. Dredge meat with flour; gently shake off excess.
  2. Heat oil in large pan on medium heat.
  3. Add meat and onions; cook 5 min.
  4. or until meat is evenly browned and onions are crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
  5. Add garlic; cook 1 min.
  6. Add tomatoes, water, broth and dressing; stir to deglaze bottom of pan.
  7. Stir in potatoes.
  8. Bring to boil; simmer, partially covered, on medium-low heat 1 hour.
  9. Stir in zucchini; simmer 20 to 30 min.
  10. or until vegetables are tender and stew is thickened.
  11. Stir in basil just before serving.
