my fav pasta sauce (meatless)
- 2 can cento tomatos 28 oz
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 salt/pepper to tsste
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- heat oil..add sliced garlic..cook till light brown
- add pepper flakes..
- crush tomatoes by hand..add to pot cook 1 hours on low heat
- after a hour..mash an big pieces of tomato with a spoon..or puree until smooth..your desicion
- add basil remove from fire
- finish with one ring around the pot with olive oil..stir and serve.
- this can be used for anything..pasta..lasagne..chicken parmasan..whatever your heart desire..enjoy
