Sausage N' Taters
- 6 red potatoes, sliced and cut into strips
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 12 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add vegetables and cook until almost tender (this will take about 15 minutes).
- Make sure you toss the vegetables occasionally to keep them from burning.
- Add Kielbasa and cook until meat is somewhat brown.
- Add seasoning to taste.
