Sea Bass

  1. Mix pickle, chili sauce and wine, place seabass fillets in a microwaveable dish, pour over mixture, microwave on high for 6 minutes, add slices of lemon and grill for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve with new potatoes, cabbage and carrot.
