Welsh Rarebit

  1. Toast the bread and allow to cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beaten egg with the grated cheese.
  3. Add the mustard, beer or worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  4. Spread liberally over the toast and grind some black pepper over the top.
  5. Toast untill cheese is bubbling.
  6. Serve
