Portobello Fajitas

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in each of 2 skillets over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms to 1 skillet, peppers and onions to the other.
  3. Cook 6 minutes, turning mushrooms and stirring pepper mixture occasionally, until firm-tender.
  4. Remove mushrooms to cutting board.
  5. Stir seasoning and 13 cup water into pepper mixture.
  6. Cook 1 minute until saucy.
  7. Slice mushrooms.
  8. Roll up with peppers and onions in lettuce-lined tortillas.
  9. Serve with: sour cream and cilantro sprigs
