Redskin Potato Salad (Low Fat)

  1. Wash the potatoes and cube them.
  2. Boil them for app.
  3. 12-13 minutes and drain.
  4. While they are boiling, chop the celery and onions.
  5. Place vegetables in the mixing bowl.
  6. Add salt and pepper, then mayonnaise.
  7. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  8. Chill before serving.
