Watermelon Champagne
- 3 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 bottle (375 milliliters) Champagne
- Place watermelon and sugar in a blender, and process until smooth.
- Half-fill eight Champagne flutes with the watermelon mixture.
- Slowly pour the Champagne into each flute to fill it.
- Serve at once.
