King Kong Shrimp

  1. Mix together the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and dredge them in the flour mixture.
  3. Dip them in the egg and then fry them in batches in hot oil (about 8 minutes).
  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
