Nutty Ice Cream Crumble
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spread in an ungreased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once halfway through baking.
- Cool in pan.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Serve over ice cream topped with your favorite sauce.
