Healthier Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Blend pumpkin, water, eggs, butter and applesauce.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together .
  3. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture until just mixed.
  4. (Do not over mix or use handed mixer.
  5. This will produce dry muffins.

  8. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
