Deep-fried Flounder Fish Made in a Frying Pan
- 2 fillets Flounder fish
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1/8 Lemon (optional)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper and coat with katakuriko.
- Pour the oil into a heated frying pan and fry the fillets over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Turn them over, making sure they don't break up, and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Turn down the heat to low, and fry each side for another 2 minutes.
- Turn up the heat again to medium, and fry both sides until crispy.
