Sausage Bean Stew
- 1 lb smoked sausage, fully cooked and halved and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 20 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 15 12 ounces great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 14 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 ounces lima beans, drained
- 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- hot cooked rice (optional)
- In a large saucepan, combine the first ingredients.
- Heat through.
- Serve with rice if desired.
