  4. Satue chicken and andouille in corn oil till chicken loses raw color.

  6. Add in bell pepper, onion and garlic.
  7. Cook till vegetables are limp.

  9. Add in marinara and barbecue sauce.
  10. Bring to a boil.

  12. Place cooked rigatoni pasta in a bowl.
  13. Pour Satueed mix on top of pasta.

  15. Top with Provolone and Gouda cheeses.
  16. Garnish with green onions and cilantro leaves.
