Basic Pizza Dough Non Yeast

  1. BASIC NON YEAST PIZZA DOUGH
  2. sift flour and add salt in a bowl then make a well in the middle
  3. in seperate bowl beat egg with oil and milk
  4. add egg mixture unto flour and mix into soft dough
  5. knead lightly on flour surface then divide into 2 medium or 3 small size pizza on an oiled pizza tray or pizza stone
  6. this point wrap up and freeze up to a week
  7. HAM AND TOMATO WITH MINT PIZZA
  8. roll thinly and place pizza on baking stone then add tomato paste then top fresh slice tomato
  9. add ham and chedder cheese then top olive oil
  10. bake at 200 C for 15 to 20 minute depending on the thickness and size of the pizza
  11. add fresh mint after 10 minute then bake another 5 minute
  12. SERVE HAM AND TOMATO WITH MINT PIZZA TOP THINLY SHAVE PARMESAN CHEESE
