Lemony Honey Mustard Chicken Skewers

  1. In a large Ziploc bag, add all the ingredients except for the chives.
  2. Zip the bag closed and then squish the chicken around to mix in the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
  4. When you are ready to cook, skewer the pieces of chicken evenly on the 4 skewers.
  5. Heat up your grill to around 400 degrees F and then grill your chicken evenly on all sides until they have nice char marks and are cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Either leave the chicken on the skewers or remove it to a dish, garnish with the minced chives and enjoy!
