Chicken Doritos Casserole - Chicken Doritos

  1. Boil chicken in enough water to cover for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Mix soup and milk in saucepan.
  4. Put 1/2 cup (125 ml) soup on botton of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer broccoli optional on toup of soup.
  6. Spread a layer of one half of the crushed Doritos.
  7. Layer one half of the chicken cubes.
  8. Layer one third of the grated chedder cheese.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Pour remaining soup over the top.
  11. Top with remaining one third of the chedder cheese.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 45 to 50 minutes.
