Low-Cal Charlotte Cupcakes

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.
  2. Start adding eggs and soymilk, blending all the ingredients together as you go.
  3. Add appleasuce and butter, mix well.
  4. Pour into cupcake liners and bake for abput 25 minutes in an oven set up to 180C.
