5 Minute Tuna & Shimeji Mushroom Ketchup Stir-fry

  1. Remove the base from the shimeji mushrooms and tear them apart.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. Drain the liquid from the can of tuna.
  4. Combine the ingredients.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the onion.
  6. Once tender, add the shimeji mushrooms.
  7. Once the shimeji have been coated with the oil, add the tuna and quickly stir-fry.
  8. Add the ingredients.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
