Tomato and Basil Gouda Fondue

  1. Coarsely chop cheese into small pices and place in a pot, mix in tomatoes and basil.
  2. Heat on medium-high flame till cheese is bubbling.
  3. Transfer to fondue pot over flame.
  4. Dip with toasted baguette bread.
