All-Purpose Vinegar & Sesame Sauce

  1. Put the mirin in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Let it simmer for 50 seconds - 1 minute, then remove from the heat (boil off the alcohol).
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan and mix.
