Midwest Vegetables Crunch Salad Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon bits.
  2. Cover and marinate in refrigerator turning occasionally for 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Just before serving, toss with bacon bits.
  4. Makes about 8 servings.
  5. If salad lasts several days, add in bacon bits as needed.
