Midwest Vegetables Crunch Salad Recipe
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 2 c. cauliflower florets
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 c. spiced zucchini
- 3/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) Wishbone Italian dressing
- 1 jar bacon bits
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon bits.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator turning occasionally for 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Just before serving, toss with bacon bits.
- Makes about 8 servings.
- If salad lasts several days, add in bacon bits as needed.
