Fruit and Peanut Butter Wraps

  1. Peel and slice the banana very thinly.
  2. Place in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice.
  3. Quarter and core the apple.
  4. Slice into wafer thin slices and add to the bowl with the banana.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
  7. Spread 3tbsp of peanut butter over each tortilla.
  8. Place half the banana slices and half the apple slices over the top of each tortilla.
  9. Roll each one up into a tight log.
  10. Enjoy immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until later.
