Barley Water Recipe
- 3 1/2 ounce Barley
- 2 1/8 quart Water
- 1 x Fig
- 1 x Lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 can Applejuice
- 1.Cover the barley and the fig with water and cook for 1 1/2 hour.
- 2.Strain through a sieve.
- 3.Add in the honey,applejuice,salt,lemonjuice and the grated lemonpeel.
- 4.Cold real good.
