Strawberry Pie.
- 1 9" prebaked pie shell ( I used Graham cracker crust )
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 - 3oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello
- 4 cup fresh sliced strawberries
- Combine water & cornstarch & sugar.
- Stir until smooth.
- Cook & stir 2 minutes.
- Or until thickened.
- Remove from heat.Sir in jello.
- Until dissolves.
- Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
- Arrange strawberries in shell.
- ( I mix my berries & jello mixture together then put in my shell) Pour geletin over berries.Refrigerate until set.
