Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

• 2 lbs. Ore Ida hash browns
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1. Set potatoes out into 13"x9" pan to thaw; set aside.
2. Add in all ingredients to melted butter.
3. Mix well and pour over potatoes.
4. Don't mix.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
