Kofta Kabobs

  1. In a large bowl, put the ground meat, flattened in the bowl, add all the ingredients.
  2. Knead for at least 5 minutes until all is well mixed.
  3. Let the kofta rest for 20 to 30 minutes in a cool place to marinate.
  4. Wet your hand with water.
  5. Take the kofta and make a big cigar.
  6. Put on a long skewer, in the center.
  7. Repeat skewering until done.
  8. Cook over a charcoal grill.
  9. Serve hot.
