Quick Cheesy BBQ Meatloaf
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup bbq sauce
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frenchs fried onions
- 1 bunch scallions; minced
- 1 packages dried onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp dehydrated garlic
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp ground celery seed
- 1 large pinch of salt and white pepper
- Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with half of the bbq sauce.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Bake uncovered at 300 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 150.
- Remove from oven and cover with foil.
- Let thermometer reach at least 155.
- Brush with remaining sauce during last five minutes of cooking.
